We recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke fluent English. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping kept the rooms spotless. We were also impressed with the car hire service, which made getting around the city a breeze. A charming stay reminiscent of a bygone era. The vintage furniture added character to the rooms. The two-floor layout and cozy kitchen created a unique and comfortable ambiance. The breakfast in the grand ballroom was a good experience, surrounded by beautiful handmade dinnerware. The location near the Opera House and park was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a authentic stay.

The location was very convenient, just a few blocks away from a nice park and a good walking distance to famous landmarks. The breakfast table was a great way to start the day and meet other travelers. , the vintage furniture in the lobby and rooms gave a charming touch to the place.

My new year experience at this hotel was not that great. The rooms were very cold and there was no heating system available.

The hotel has a great location, with easy access to public transportation and several attractions nearby. the staff is friendly and attentive, making the stay quite enjoyable. the breakfast is a highlight, with delicious food options and an excellent atmosphere. the rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, giving a homey touch to the stay. the vintage furniture and artistic lamps add to the charm.

The hairdryer was not available in the room, which can be inconvenient for some of the guests.

The public spaces at this hotel were really nice for hanging out with friends. I also appreciated that the staff spoke good English and were accommodating when I asked for hot water and tea during the day. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city.

My room left a lot to be desired. the heating system didn't seem to work properly, and the temperature was constantly chilly.
